In our continued effort to provide up to date facilities, Hastings Printing Company has introduced a computerised Mailsort and Press stream addressing and total inline mailing system.
The system improves the efficiency of the service we are able to provide our clients by offering the following features :-
The system is designed to read our clients data directly from their supplied files (usually provided via e-mail). This removes the need for our clients to print and supply labels. Our software can improve most database file formats and print addresses directly onto envelopes, magazine carrier sheets and small brochures. It understands the rules of the Royal Mail “Mailsort” and “Press stream” services and will print the addresses sorted correctly for mail bags including residual bags. It also prints bag tags directly onto Royal Mail tags to correspond with the requisite mail bags.
